Our Mission to Expand Digital Access and Reduce E-Waste
Why it Matters Now More Than Ever
Why “Solid State” Development?
At Solid State Development, we believe access to technology is essential for opportunity, growth, and connection in today’s world.
Millions of devices are discarded every year — while millions of people still lack access to basic technology.
Our mission is to bridge that gap by transforming refurbished tech into tools for education, employment, and digital literacy
What We Do?
Our primary work focuses on refurbishing used technology to extend its lifespan and reduce electronic waste. By restoring laptops, desktops, and other devices, we help keep functional hardware out of landfills and in the hands of people.
Beyond restoration, Solid State Development is committed to expanding access to affordable technology while supporting digital literacy and skill-building in underserved communities.
Through practical, sustainable solutions, we aim to help bridge the digital divide and create greater opportunities for education, employment, and connection.
